TTR in Search of VP Operations and Finance

TTR is in search of a senior executive to lead operations and financial management.
Based on projected growth, an operational expert with significant financial planning skills is required to help deliver 60 managed condominium units through 2013.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute day to day operations
• Manage financial planning including financing, fundraising, capitalization
• Manage external accounting firm, internal or contracted bookkeeping function
• Manage all financial reporting, filings to government agencies including CRA, tax, employment and administrative bodies

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in hotel management, resort or executive leasing experience with a top tier brand such as Premier Execuive Suites, Tridel/Delsuites, Minto, Bridgestreet, Hilton, Marriott Residences, or local or national provider.
• MBA or Business Degree with financial managment designation -- CA, CGA or CPA
• 5+ years experience in real estate leasing or sales
• Managerial experience
• Operational experience with cleaning, janitorial and moving crews
• Luxury hotel operational experience

TTR Trump Toronto

TTR announces a preliminary working arrangement with Trump International (Toronto) for the leasing and sales of its luxury condominiums in 2012.  This working arrangement and partnership will be completed in preparation for Spring and Summer leasing season 2012.  Further details will be announced as they arise.
