Grace Lee Receives RECO warning for false advertising and dealing with honesty and fairness...

Grace Lee, Agent and Broker, Homelife Best-Seller Realty receives warning from Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) for multiple offences - including dealing with honesty and fairness, false advertising, failing to act in the best interests, conscientious and competent service, disclosure of interest, acquistion and divestiture by registrant.  TTR filed the complaint against grace lee in December 2011.

Grace Lee Pays Garnishment Order

Grace Lee, Homelife Best-seller realty has accepted responsibility and issued payments to TTR in accordance with Small Claims court and the garnishment orders in force.  TTR is pleased with the courts decision and ruling which would have held Grace Lee in contempt of court and a jail sentence had she not complied.  The court ruling is of public record and will be a issued and be a part of her file with RECO.  This settles the matter of 1206-25 Capreol Court between the parties.
